| "Clark, nobody likes to be hit with a pillow their first 5 minutes awake. Put Lucy up there and let her lick his face." - Keith Menshouse
Life's been alright the past couple of weeks. The Menshouses had a little birthday get together for me last Wednesday. It was nice. Debbie and Paul unfortunately had to work but Kristin and Matthew showed up. We all had a good time together. It was also the last time we could hang-out with Kristin before she left for camp and the beach. 5 weeks is a long time, but she's enjoying herself and ill be happy to see her when she gets back.
Dustin and Jen came home last weekend for a job interview. It would have been their ticket back to sweet-ole Ashland but it didn't pan out. While he was in, he gave John a Hulett-Special PS2. He is the first non-hulett to have one.
The rest of the week was pretty good. I loaded the silver car up and took it to the local autocross race. I'm definitely improving as a driver.

I was on my way to Catlettsburg to get something to eat when I hit a deer on 168. It came up a hill right next to the road. I felt bad for killing a deer and I was ticked that my car was damaged. Dad reassured me that I didn't have a chance to see or miss it. He was just happy I was ok. Besides the body damage, a couple of suspension pieces were damaged and now need replaced.

| "Life is simply a collection of memories...but memories are like starlight...they live forever." - C.W. McCall
I have about an hour left before im no longer a teenager. I can remember a year ago when I was typing about how old it felt to be 19. I like that my birthday this year is 6/6/06, and yes, ive been called satan. (Thanks Jessica) Now its just really weird knowing that im going to be in that "20 something" category. | | |
| While Playing the game of Life:
"I won the Nobel Peace Prize so give me $100,000." - Me
"Why? Did you find a cure for AIDS?" - Paul David Rakes
"Yea, its called not having sex." - Clark Menshouse
This past week has been alright, I started my employment at Saminco last Monday. Its a pretty slow job. Right now they have me in the stock room. All I really have to do is send, receive, and package shipments. Having a lot of time on my hands, I volunteer to help with random things around the shop. Things like painting, running errands, threading cable through conduit, stupid stuff like that. I have to do something to pass the time, just surfing the Internet gets boring after a while. As long as I do what I'm suppose to do, they could really care less what I do in the meantime.
I thought my weekend was pretty good. Saturday was spent at the mall with Kristin trying to find Clark and Karisa graduation presents. I would have been lost without her there, so this is a public Thank You! to her, and yes, they loved their presents.
There's some more that's been going on in the past week involving my friends. Like some extreme aggravation and some very heavy drama. The worst part is not being able to give good advice on the spot to someone who really needs it. Usually it takes me a little time to think up logical and thoughtful advice for the people who need it the most. Then again, I listen, and let people openly express their feelings. Sometimes that's the best thing you could do for a someone.
| You Are Sunrise |
You enjoy living a slow, fulfilling life. You enjoy living every moment, no matter how ordinary. You are a person of reflection and meditation. You start and end every day by looking inward. Caring and giving, you enjoy making people happy. You're often cooking for friends or buying them gifts. All in all, you know how to love life for what it is - not for how it should be. |

| "So that's why they call it Watermelon!" - Kristin Rose
Sunday night we celebrated anniversary of Clarks accident. I can say celebrate because not only did he survive something that severe, but because of the speed of his recovery. So, yea. Celebrate is the right word. A small group of friends and family sat around, talked, ate some cake, ate some watermelon, and played some video games. It was nice.
Graduation is this Friday at the Paramount at 7p.m. I don't really like the reasons why there making me graduate but its still my first college graduation, and that makes it important.
Speaking of Graduation, SCHOOLS OUT!!! That's why I'm typing this at 1:30 in the afternoon. Schools out, and all I have to do is play computer games. That is until Monday when I have to go to work.
